About Cron Expressions
A cron expression has five fields – minute, hour, day of month, month, and day of week – that together define a repeating schedule for tasks on Linux, CI pipelines and schedulers. Each field accepts a number, a list (1,15), a range (1-5), a step (*/10), or * for “every”.
Fill in the fields or pick a preset; this tool shows the exact expression, explains it in plain English, and previews the next run times in your local timezone so you can confirm the schedule before deploying it.
Note: when both day-of-month and day-of-week are set, standard cron runs when either matches.
